Service

Getting more used to the ministry. Mainly canvasing and searching, the English speaking are here, we just have to find them:) Yesterday Sue had talked to a lady at the door, she said nobody in the house spoke English. After we had gotten farther down the street, the lady ran down to find us. She actually did speak some English and had thought about it, and thought a Bible Study in English would be good for her! We were all so excited, when does a person ever run after you wanting a Bible Study??? Yesterday i talked to a lady from Canada, she has lived here 20 yrs. She wasn't interested but was very helpful and told us of a lady she knows who speaks English and is interested in the Bible. So we will try to find her, she told us the condos she lives in. Today Nate found a family from Calif. and the young boy speaks English.

This is in service yesterday. Saw some wild iguana's! and some other type of lizard that looked like a baby raptor, for real! Even ran like them. I couldn't get a pic, they were too far away the light was bad.
This street is just a street over from the one were staying on. In the picture our street is behind us, somewhere.

The address's are alot different here, and they're usually not on the house. They're on a little concrete wall in the yard where the meter is. The address say's something like this MAZ 63 Lot 4, and each street has a different MAZ #. It was confusing at first but I think were getting the hang of it.

This lady was walking her huge Great Dane around the block.  Hey at  least she's walking the dog.  You wouldn't believe all the dogs roaming around and are not taken care of properly.
We saw a poor very tiny kitten walking over to us and crying. We put it back in the yard, got in the car and it was still following us! So sad, i wanted to save it:( You just really have to not pay any attention. I try not to look at the dog's when I see them, they don't all look bad but some of them do.

Next time we are definitely taking our umbrella!

Our group today!

Nate and Ted.

Matt and Taylor

So sticky! They say it feels good, and their winter is almost here.  One sister actually wore boot's yesterday!!!  We just need to get used to it. Poor Nate sweats completely thru his clothes, but he did that in TN too.
Also, something i find amusing. Matt had gotten a filter water bottle. So Nate had to get one too, for each of us. I said no, I don't want to take a chance, I'll stick with the bottled water. Well now they both have the run's:/ and I don't. That's the only thing we can figure out, hahahah. Yeah, we'll be returning those bottles, they were expensive too!!
